Qodea drives North American expansion with acquisition of Beyond, uniting Google Cloud Engineering with award-winning customer experience design.
Qodea Ltd. Europe’s largest dedicated Google Cloud consultancy, backed by Marlin Equity Partners, have announced its definitive agreement to acquire technology consultancy Beyond (BYND Ltd [UK] & BYND LLC [US]), from Next 15 Group plc.
The acquisition of Beyond provides Qodea with an immediate presence in North America, perfectly complementing their established leadership and client base across Europe. This strategic acquisition represents a key milestone in Qodea’s global expansion, ready to support a broader international client base.
The combined technical expertise of Qodea and Beyond delivers a comprehensive “full-stack” service offering. Qodea can now provide more ambitious end-to-end solutions, from developing innovative cloud architectures and advanced AI, through to crafting intuitive digital experiences for end-users.
