Her story. Her face. Her choice: She Beasts calls for support without demanding disclosure

She Beasts CIC is inviting people and businesses across the West Midlands to back its Purple Heart campaign, helping women access practical support while keeping control of their identity and story.

The campaign’s message is simple: Her story. Her face. Her choice. A woman should not have to share her trauma, reveal her identity or appear in publicity to receive support.

Where a woman chooses to keep her face private, a purple heart covers it in campaign imagery. Her participation and achievements can still be recognised without making her face the price of being seen.

Founded by domestic abuse survivor and competitive athlete Sadie Jones, She Beasts CIC delivers trauma-informed programmes using movement, mentoring and skills development to help people rebuild confidence and progress towards further learning and employment.

The Purple Heart campaign invites businesses to provide trainers, gym kit, period products, travel support or funded programme and qualification places. These contributions help remove everyday barriers to participation.

People without kit to donate or money to contribute can still help: share the campaign, introduce a potential partner and carry its message into their own networks. Everyone can respect a woman’s choice about her face and story.

Supporters can use a purple heart in their own posts to show solidarity, without having to disclose any personal experience.
