TMPR set to create new jobs and marketing community following building purchase.
B2B marketing and PR agency, TMPR, is set for further growth this year after purchasing a new property in central Penarth, giving the company much-needed real estate for job creation and the space to build a marketing community for local creative and marketing specialists.
TMPR has been located at 7 Herbert Terrace since December 2018 and will be moving just a few doors down to its new home at the end of February. Formerly Soho Hairdressers and a yoga studio, 2 Herbert Terrace is currently undergoing renovations to convert the building into three floors of office and meeting room space.
“This is a major and exciting milestone for us,” says Louise Morgan, founder and director of TMPR. “We moved to Penarth from Barry Business Centre six years ago, and the town has proven perfect for our business growth. It’s well connected for public transport and motorway access, while the surrounding shops, restaurants, and location give our expanding team lovely places to explore and unwind.”
As a boutique B2B agency, TMPR currently employs a team of nine from its Penarth base, with a wider network of contractors supporting the company around the UK. “Our vision is to create a vibrant marketing community where we can work alongside local marketing specialists in a co-working space,” explains Louise.
“Our business has been built on a hybrid resourcing model, engaging marketing partners to bolster our capabilities with specialist skillsets. With the new building, we’re hoping to build a community where we can collaborate with these specialists under the same roof.”
