Oxfordshire-based children’s clothing brand Little Ensemble has been shortlisted in the Retail category at the Enterprise Vision Awards (EVAs) 2025, the UK’s largest business awards dedicated solely to women entrepreneurs. Founded by Toni Delli-Compagni, Little Ensemble specialises in handmade, gender-neutral children’s clothing that grows with the child, embracing the ethos of “buy less, wear more.” Each piece is designed and made in Oxfordshire, using UK-sourced fabrics, with a strong focus on sustainability and slow fashion.
Speaking about the shortlisting, Toni said: “Being recognised by the EVAs is a huge honour for Little Ensemble. As a small, self-funded business, every step forward feels monumental. To be shortlisted alongside so many inspirational women is a real validation of the hard work that goes into every garment I create. I’m passionate about showing parents that sustainable, handmade clothing can be stylish, practical, and built to last.”
The EVAs shine a spotlight on women in business across the UK, celebrating innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial drive. For Little Ensemble, this recognition comes less than a year after Toni won Theo Paphitis’ Small Business Sunday award and was featured in Muddy Stilettos’ Little Black Book.
The winners of the EVAs will be announced at a gala event in Blackpool on 26th September 2025.
