Intouch Games fourth UK company to achieve Safer Gambling Standard

Intouch Games is proud to announce the company has achieved the coveted GamCare Advanced Level 2 Safer Gambling Standard Accreditation ahead of Responsible Gambling Week 2019.

As only the fourth UK online gambling operator to gain the high level of accreditation, it is an impressive showcase of the serious commitment Intouch Games has to responsible gambling.

The Advanced Level accreditation recognises that Intouch Games has “gone beyond” the expected social responsibility targets across its five UK casino brands: mFortune, PocketWin, Mr Spin, Dr Slot and Cashmo.

Major UK gambling charity GamCare awarded the new standard following a thorough review of the company in October.

The review included in-depth investigations into company policies and procedures, site visits to Intouch Games’ Halesowen offices, interviews with staff members and full website reviews.

The news comes ahead of Responsible Gambling Week 2019, in which Intouch Games will be thoroughly participating.

Intouch Games’ Managing Director Simon Wilson said: “As one of only four UK operators to have achieved the Advanced Level 2 Standard, our customers can identify us as having in place good practice principles and processes to ensure the highest standards of protection.

“Social responsibility is of the upmost importance in the gambling industry, and we always strive improve our approach. We are proud that GamCare have granted us such a high level accreditation, and we will continue to aim for even higher standards.

“We put these principles into all aspects of our business, and make sure all our games are both fun and safe for our players.

“We are excited to be taking part in Responsible Gambling Week 2019 where we do our part in spreading information about gambling responsibly, and what help is available to those who need it.”

For Responsible Gambling Week 2019 (7-13 November), Intouch Games brands will be using their popular websites and social media accounts to promote responsible gambling information helplines, offer support and advice to players, and raise awareness about problem gambling among its millions of players.
