Golden times for Leamington Spa venue

John Turpin venue manager at EEF Venues’ Woodland Grange meetings and conference venue in Leamington Spa

EEF Venues, the group behind Leamington Spa conference and meeting venue, Woodland Grange, is celebrating its success in the BDRC Continental’s VenueVerdict Awards 2017 after it has been named Best Small & Medium Sized Group and Best Value for Money Group for the fifth consecutive year.

The 2017 awards are based on 14,900 individual pieces of feedback received from 376 participating meeting venues and hotels in the UK and Ireland.

In addition, EEF Venues’ Bristol venue, Engineers’ House, has taken the No 1 Conference title and No 1 Overall Venue for the fifth year.

All three venues – Woodland Grange in Leamington Spa, Broadway House in Westminster and Engineers’ House in Bristol have also been awarded Gold ranking in BDRC’s VenueVerdict Accreditation Scheme for 2017, making it five years in a row.

Gold is only given to those properties recording a twelve-month Net Promoter Score of +70 or higher from 40 or more respondees over a twelve-month period. EEF Venues achieved a Net Promoter Score of +88.3 across its three venues.

standards maintained so consistently and the high levels of engagement at all levels that encourage such high praise from our visitors.”

Standards throughout our participating venues are getting higher each year so to have achieved our top ranking and these titles year-after-year is a considerable achievement.”
