fuelGenie wins tender to remain official Crown Commercial Service framework approved supplier

Following a successful bidding process, fuel card provider, fuelGenie, has been retained as an accredited supplier on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) and Associated Services Framework.

After undergoing a robust tender process, fuelGenie, which is owned and operated by Worldline, is the only dedicated supermarket fuel card provider listed on the framework.

Developed for the UK Public Sector, the Fuel Cards and Associated Services Framework Agreement offers a multi supplier solution for the provision of a range of fuel cards and associated services, providing regional, nationwide and European coverage. Worldline has been operating fuel card programmes for the UK’s leading supermarkets for 17 years, so fuelGenie is a great addition to the framework.

“This is a great achievement for fuelGenie. Not only have we once again been recognised by the government as a credible, leading industry supplier of fuel cards, but it is further evidence of the exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and quality service that our team strives for on a daily basis.”

New fuelGenie customers in the public sector will benefit from fully approved, pre-agreed terms and will not have to partake in OJEU procurement procedures, meaning they will save time in evaluating, sourcing and securing a new fuel card supplier. Low cost fuel, no account fees or surcharges also set fuelGenie apart from the competition, along with easy online account management, and an updated app that provides even more card detail and invoice functionality.
