West Midlands and North West chartered accountants DJH Mitten Clarke has been rated as an outstanding place to work in an independent survey of its 250-strong team.
The exceptional result is based on feedback provided by employees via the Best Companies Survey.
It is seen as a major achievement by the company in a year that saw 50 per cent growth and a series of business mergers. Now DJH Mitten Clarke is striving to achieve an excellent rating within 12 months.
The survey measures eight factors of workplace engagement including: wellbeing, leadership and relationships with managers. Employee satisfaction ranked highly across the business, demonstrating its commitment to strive for the very best.
