A new sales manager has been appointed at Bellway’s West Midlands division after working her way up through the ranks.
Rachel Marner, from Telford, is now based at the company’s divisional office in Tamworth and has been appointed to manage six Bellway sites across the region.
Prior to her role as a sales manager, Rachel spent eight years working as a sales advisor across the sites that she now manages, where she picked up the key skills necessary to secure the industry role that she has today.
Rachel currently oversees the progress of Sheasby Park in Lichfield, Bramshall Green in Uttoxeter, Copthorne Keep and The Spinney in Shrewsbury, and Mallard Walk and Baswich Grange in Stafford.
Rachel, 44, said: “It’s a great privilege to receive this promotion and now manage the sites that I was once running as a sales advisor.
“Selling new homes is something that I find very exciting and rewarding, so my role really couldn’t be any more ideal.
“From the day I started as a sales advisor, Bellway have completely looked after me and have provided me with all the support I needed to acquire the skills and experience I have today.”
She added: “Working across different Bellway sites over the years has given me a good knowledge of the different processes and locations involved, and it has also enabled me to build invaluable relationships with staff and residents based at these developments.
“It has been very beneficial to work in a variety of roles across a range of different Bellway sites, and it has really put in perspective for me how much hard work goes on behind the scenes.
“It’s a great time to be working for Bellway, as we have recently retained our Home Builders Federation (HBF) ‘Five-Star Builder’ status, which I believe is a great reflection of the collective effort from the staff that ensures customers are able to get the best quality of homes and service achievable.”
Bellway will be releasing a new viewhome at Sheasby Park as the development enters phase two, along with a new showhome at Mallard Walk.
Rachel said: “I would encourage all house-hunters in the area, no matter what stage of the property ladder they are on, to head down and find out what their local Bellway development has on offer for them.”
