Solicitors from the Birmingham office of law firm Shoosmiths have taken part in a charity walk around one of Warwickshire’s most historic sites to raise money for the Child Brain Injury Trust.
Amy Greaves and Natasha Read, who work for the firm’s personal advisory division from the office in Colmore Square, were part of a near 50-strong team who walked 2.5 miles around Packwood House, a Tudor manor house and gardens owned by the National Trust.
The charity supports children who have acquired brain injuries. Shoosmiths has been supporting the charity, locally and nationally, for the past 18 months.
Natasha and Amy organised the event, which has raised hundreds of pounds.
Amy said: “It was great to see so many people from various companies in Birmingham show up to support the charity. Despite the reasonably wet weather over the weekend, we were lucky to enjoy a dry spell while walking around the beautiful surroundings of Packwood House, all in aid of a great cause.”
