Natalie Ellis, Managing Director at Rebox HR, has been crowned “Leader of the Year 2025” at the prestigious British HR Awards, held at a special celebration event in Covent Garden, London.
The British HR Awards, an annual campaign celebrating excellence in HR across the UK, saw fierce competition this year with over 350 entries from organisations ranging from innovative start-ups to public sector institutions, tech companies and global corporations.
The glittering ceremony, hosted by renowned comedian Fiona Allen, recognised outstanding contributions across various categories including ‘Culture Initiative of the Year’ and ‘Employee Wellness Initiative of the Year’.
Ellis’ win places her amongst the elite of UK HR professionals, as recognised by a distinguished judging panel featuring HR leaders from organisations including The AA, Taylor Wimpey, Shelter, PUMA UKI, NatWest Cushon and Monzo.
Speaking about her achievement, Ellis said: “I am truly honoured to receive this recognition from such esteemed colleagues in our industry. At Rebox HR, we’ve always believed that effective HR goes far beyond administrative functions—it’s about creating tangible commercial value for our clients. Our approach has consistently demonstrated that strategic HR practices directly contribute to business growth, operational efficiency and bottom-line results. This award reflects the incredible partnerships we’ve built with our clients, supporting them through transformational change whilst delivering measurable commercial outcomes.”
Nate Harwood, Founder of New Possible and British HR Awards judge, commented: “The need for an engaged and agile workforce is more urgent than ever, and it’s the outstanding skill, passion, and hard work of HR professionals who are meeting these challenges head-on. The British HR Awards are proud to celebrate these exceptional teams and individuals. Congratulations to all the Winners.”
