Inspirational leader and advocate for inclusivity, Zoe Bennett BEM, was named Diversity and Inclusion Leader at The Business Desk Leadership Awards, held Thursday night at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel.
Zoe, widely known as the Motivational Queen, has dedicated her life to uplifting and empowering individuals from all backgrounds. Her commitment to championing diversity and inclusivity has not only changed lives but also reshaped the business and community landscape.
“I am truly overwhelmed and deeply humbled to have received this award,” said Zoe. “As someone who has spent years advocating for those who often go unheard, this recognition means the world to me. It tells me that I am being seen and when I am seen, those around me are seen too.”
Previously honoured with the British Empire Medal for inspiring disadvantaged individuals, Zoe continues to be a driving force for change. She delivers personal development training, motivational talks, and leadership programs, working with leading organisations such as NatWest, The FA and Serco.
This award holds special significance for Zoe as it reflects the values instilled in her by her late father. “My dad was the most inclusive human being I’ve ever known. His legacy lives on through the work I do every day,” she shared.
Zoe extends her gratitude to The Business Desk and everyone who champions the mission of true inclusivity. “This award is not just for me—it’s for all of us who believe in creating a world where everyone belongs.”
