Morrison Community Care Group & Reilly Ventures (Enfield) Ltd is proud to announce the acquisition of a prime 95-bed care home site in Enfield, London. This pivotal development represents a significant investment in the community, transforming a derelict site into a state-of-the-art facility designed to meet the growing demand for premium care services.
The site has remained unused providing no value to the local area and community. However, with planning permission granted in May 2024, this underutilised property is set for a remarkable transformation. Demolition of the current structure will begin in early 2025, with construction starting shortly thereafter, and the grand opening anticipated in late 2026.
This ambitious project is spearheaded by a dynamic joint venture between Morrison Community Care Group, a leader in innovative care home development, and Reilly Ventures, a Glasgow-based family investment company, with a background in construction, helmed by Leo and Antony Reilly. Together, the partnership is dedicated to reshaping care home living across the UK with a focus on innovation, design excellence, and providing 24/7 care, dementia and nursing services.
The future luxury care home in Enfield will set new standards in elderly care. Residents can look forward to private en-suite bedrooms and premium amenities, including a cinema, champagne bar, visitor’s café, hair salon, spa, and beautifully landscaped gardens, delivering a tailored premium experience for its residents within a comfortable and welcoming environment.
