In just three years since its establishment, Mallows Bottling has grown exponentially from a startup to a standout in the Welsh manufacturing landscape, operating with a BRCGS A* rating.
Founded in 2021, the company has rapidly positioned itself as a trusted partner for major retailers, as well as small and large-scale beverage brands across the UK. Providing top-tier bottling solutions, their innovative approach to manufacturing has allowed them to consistently meet the highest standards of production while also maintaining a commitment to sustainability and reflective growth.
Mallows Bottling operates from a 30,000 square ft BREEAM-certified facility in South Wales, where sustainability is at the heart of its operations. Powered largely by solar energy, the company also implements extensive recycling initiatives, repurposing storage containers and other materials to reduce waste. This green approach not only underscores their commitment to the environment but has also been integral to their success, appealing to a growing customer base of eco-conscious businesses and consumers.

This recognition comes at a pivotal time for the company, as they continue to expand their client base and enhance their production capabilities to meet the evolving demands of the beverage industry. This year’s investment from the Development Bank of Wales has helped to boost the growth of the company, which will fund a new high-speed filler capable of producing up to 6,000 bottles per hour imminently. This investment will also support the creation of five high-speed lines, boosting productivity and enabling the company to scale up operations to meet increasing demand from UK and international markets.
