Iveta Pudilova (23), CEO of Birmingham-based National Neurodiversity Training and Happy Autistic Lady, has been named the Startup, Enterprise, and Entrepreneurship Award winner at the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Future Faces Awards.
The award celebrates young leaders excelling in entrepreneurship and innovation. Iveta was a standout nominee for her dedication to growing her businesses, supporting other start-ups, and creating an inclusive business environment in the West Midlands.
Recognising that up to 55% of business owners are neurodivergent, Iveta partnered with Aston University’s Business School and EPIC, a start-up program for young people who have overcome adversity, to deliver neurodiversity training and workshops. Students reported an average 110% confidence increase in accessing support, enabling them to excel in their respective fields.
Most notably, Happy Autistic Lady Ltd provides awareness campaigns inspired by Iveta‘s and her sister’s lived experiences. They have partnered with international tech companies, Russell Group universities, and well-known public bodies to improve the retention and satisfaction of neurodivergent students and staff.
Now, in 2025, Iveta and her team are excited to announce their new brand, National Neurodiversity Training, under which they deliver neurodiversity training, consulting, and research services.

Ahead of Neurodiversity Celebration Week in March, Iveta and her team aim to partner with businesses, educational institutions, and community groups to deliver training and awareness campaigns to boost reputation and retention.
