The Mayor of Uttoxeter helped to unveil a brand new showhome at a housing development in Bramshall.

Bellway West Midlands, which is building new homes at Bramshall Green off Bramshall Road, officially launched its new showhome on Saturday (February 15).

Uttoxeter Town Mayor, Councillor Sue McGarry, joined guests and Bellway staff to cut the ribbon and take a tour of the four-bedroom detached property.

The visit provided an opportunity for the Mayor to find out more about development, which will comprise 119 new homes and a range of new community facilities once complete.

Construction work at Bramshall Green began in 2017, and has since been progressing well, with work expected to be finished by March 2021. Half the homes on site have now been sold.

Marie Richards, Sales Director for Bellway West Midlands, said: “It was a huge pleasure for us to welcome Mayor Sue McGarry to officially launch our Alder showhome to the public on Saturday.

“The launch was a wonderful event and we received very positive feedback from all of those who attended. The Alder is a spacious and stylish property which we believe will appeal to families and commuters.

“We hope that the new showhome will give visitors a really good insight to the style and variety of homes we are building here at Bramshall Green.”

There is currently a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes available at Bramshall Green, with prices starting from £179,995. For more information on the new homes, visit: bellway.co.uk.
