CARNE ASADA STEAK TACOS

Coat 650g of steak with Medium or Spicy Taco Seasoning – we recommend using bavette, sirloin or rump steak.

Grill steak over a medium heat until desired doneness, rest 6-8 minutes and slice into cubes. Alternatively, cube steak then fry in a hot pan with a drizzle of oil until done.

EASY CHICKEN TACOS

Coat 650g of chicken breast or thighs with Medium Taco Seasoning.

Grill chicken over a medium heat until cooked through and slice into strips. Alternatively, slice chicken and fry in a hot pan with a drizzle of oil until browned. Reduce heat, cover with a lid and cook for another 6-8 minutes.
