In addition to raising funds, employees also have the opportunity to participate in various volunteering days to ensure they also feel they are making a meaningful difference, from getting their hands dirty with jet washing to local gardening initiatives. Each team member is also given at least two donation days to spend at the Community Grocery, equating to around 150 donation days per year helping in the shop, running cookery course days, and sharing knowledge and best practice from warehouse management to marketing.
