Kim Parry, Partner CFW

CFW Chartered Accountants has appointed a New Equity Partner and Associate Partner as part of its strategy to develop and grow since relocating from Loddington just twelve months ago. Kim Parry has become the latest Equity Partner and Karl Hobbins is appointed as an Associate Partner.

An Accountancy and Management graduate of Middlesex University, Kim Parry qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2007 when she joined CFW. She became a Fellow in 2012, was promoted to Associate Partner in 2013 and her specialist expertise is in audit, company formations, new business start-ups and Trust taxation. She comments. “Being an Equity Partner is an important next step for me. I’m looking forward to taking a more proactive role in 2019, developing our staff team and the services we offer. I’m delighted to see Karl appointed as Associate Partner too.”

Karl Hobbins, Associate Partner CFW

Karl Hobbins began his accountancy career at an independent firm in Hinckley after A levels. He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2010, became a Fellow in 2015, joining CFW in 2011 as an Accounts and Audit Senior. Promoted to Accounts Manager, progressing to Accounts and Audit Manager, Karl has now been appointed Associate Partner. Karl has considerable experience of working with small and medium sized businesses (SME’s) and offers expertise in accounting systems, controls and IT solutions.

CFW Managing Partner, Anthony Stevens, comments, “We see many SME’s that don’t have a business succession plan in place so we know how crucial it is to encourage staff members to take up more senior positions as part of a plan to develop a sustainable business. Our congratulations to both Kim and Karl.”
