Commercial property landlords have secured a 15-year let on a prominently located unit which recently re-opened as a bar. The period building at 127 Frankwell, which until recently was the Junk and Disorderly furniture shop, has been in Simon and Anthony Price’s family for many years and is one of several properties they own in the area. It came to the market at the end of 2017 with the search for a new tenant handled by Alessio Dyfnallt of Cooper Green Pooks.
