Sea Food Festival launching at Pushkar on Monday 2nd July till Friday 30th July

Pushkar Head Chef, Vinod Singh

Broad Street’s Indian fine dining restaurant, Pushkar Cocktail Bar and Dining, are bringing a fresh taste of the ocean to Birmingham’s City centre on Monday 2nd of July, with the launch of their sea food festival which will run until Friday 30th July.

Head Chef, Vinod Singh has created a menu inspired from his previous experience working in Dubai as a senior chef and his more recent time as head chef at Pushkar. The menu has been created using the finest seafoods with a mix of Indian and English ingredients and spices.

Tickling the taste buds of sea food and Indian cuisine lovers, Pushkar’s sea food festival will showcase live Lobsters ready to be cooked as well as Monkfish, Red Mullet and fresh Scottish pink Salmon. The variation of dishes is set to leave guests with a memorable experience and could possibly even convert non-sea food lover’s opinions on sea food. The menu is accompanied with a wine pairing for each dish to further compliment the cuisine.

Vinod Singh, Head Chef at Pushkar, comments: “I would describe these dishes as fresh, flavoursome, summery and unique, blending my experience in Dubai and the UK. Sea food is close to my heart as it is my favourite, I hope this love comes across when diners are enjoying the dishes”.
