Almost 8,000 sq ft of refurbished Grade A office space has been brought to the market in Worcester, providing much needed space as demand in the area continues.
GVA has been appointed to find occupiers for the space, which is split across the first and second floors at Attwood House, located at Perdiswell Park to the north of the city centre. The quoting rent at Attwood House is £16.50 per sq ft.
The first floor of 4,063 sq ft and the second of 3,799 sq ft are available following the relocation of previous tenant, Parkwood Leisure, to the building’s ground floor.
Responding to continued demand for high quality commercial accommodation, the refurbishment, undertaken by landlord, Perdiswell Millennium Park Ltd, has delivered air-conditioned, flexible open-plan working environments well suited to agile working.
This space is the latest in the region to be brought to market by GVA and comes on the back of a number of completed deals in recent months, including the letting of 7,813 sq ft of space at Whittington Hall Park to Miller Homes and 5,000 sq ft to Place Partnership at 6 Berkeley Business Park.
Andrew Venables, GVA, said: “Following its refurbishment, Attwood House offers genuine Grade A space and caters for the shortage of similar offerings of the same quality within the region.
“This is an edge of town location which benefits from good transport links to Worcester city centre and the M5, a pleasant parkland setting and is served by many local retail and leisure amenities. The previous tenants have elected to relocate within the same building, which speaks volumes for the quality of the building and the desirability of the location.
“There is a demand for accommodation of this size and quality within the region and this is evident in the deals we have already completed in the area in recent months. We expect strong interest in this site and early enquiries suggest this will be the case.”
Approximately two miles from Worcester city centre, Attwood House benefits from attractive views over local countryside and easy access to J6 of the M5 via the A449.
