PropNet launches exclusive Midlands business event

Kavita Oberoi OBE

Successful entrepreneur Kavita Oberoi OBE will be the guest speaker at the first PropNet Midlands event, which is being launched next week.

PropNet is an exclusive invitation-only premium property networking club that was launched in 2016 by independent multi-disciplinary construction consultancy Adair.

Adair opened its Midlands office earlier this year and has, due to demand, decided to bring its unique networking concept to Birmingham. The first lunchtime event will take place on Thursday, November 21, at Bar Opus, One Snowhill.

Rachel Titley, who heads up the Adair Midlands office, said: “I’m very excited about the launch of PropNet Midlands. The aim is to help property professionals make the right connections in the marketplace to generate new business opportunities and to gain shared knowledge and understanding from our high-profile speakers.

“The London PropNet has grown in size and stature since it launched three years ago and is now a great success, thanks to the calibre of invited guests and the quality of the guest speakers from the world of property. It is unlike other networking events and we’re looking forward to introducing it in Birmingham. We’ve already had a great response to the invitations we have sent out, so it should be a superb first event.”

Adair Midlands, which is based in Derby, opened in January this year and extends the consultancy’s reach for project monitoring, quantity surveying and building surveying clients in the area. The demand-led move demonstrates the company’s desire to further develop relationships with property and construction professionals in the Midlands and surrounding areas.
