A property presentation firm which has had five new hires in the last twelve months is putting its success down to ‘savvy sellers’ being even more switched on when it comes to marketing a property, and has launched a brand new website to make that process even easier.

Melbourne-based Lemon and Lime Interiors, has enjoyed a record year in 2018 and puts its success down to the fact that many more vendors understand the commercial sense  of selling a lifestyle, not just bricks and mortar.

The new website designed and developed by Chris Kaye and Kent House, will be officially launched on December 21st.

Elaine Penhaul, Managing Director of the firm which can work to declutter your home, professionally present it, and even rent out furniture to dress it, said: “It has been a phenomenal year for our team.  We have hired a new interior stylist, and five new property dressers over the last few months, which means that we can react very quickly to get a property ready for sale.  Our team have also helped more vendors than ever before to sell their properties in as little as 30 days.

“The understanding of what we do as a business has increased in 2018.  The property market has been difficult for a long time now and agents are realising that the homes which quickly and achieve the best offers are ‘turn key’ properties.  When we have worked our magic, this is what we create.”

“As technology advances, we understand the importance of relaunching our website to truly convey the quality of our work.

“We have chosen a completely fresh look with plenty of imagery and information.  We also felt that it was important to add a ‘Meet the Team’ section to the site – mainly so that our clients can relax in knowing who will be supporting them throughout the sales journey.”

The company which was started by ‘accident’ has celebrated its third year in business this year, and has professionally presented everything from a huge 10,779 sqft property to a grade two listed windmill previously owned by Edwina Curry.  The Lemon and Lime Interiors team have even professionally presented  the Midlands home built originally for Randy Lerner, the former owner of Aston Villa Football Club.

When asked what 2019 holds for the business which works to present a ‘lifestyle’ to potential buyers, Elaine added: “We have many new services in the pipeline to reach a wider audience of vendors.  We know the market will continue to be challenging with Brexit ahead of us, and we are looking forward to helping serious vendors sell their greatest asset as effectively as possible.”
