Permasteelisa Group has named Nathalie Lion Haddad as its new Chief People Officer
Nathalie Lion Haddad has been named Chief People Officer of the Permasteelisa Group.
A Human Resources executive with more than 20 years’ international experience, Nathalie has a track record of leading cultural, organisational and leadership transformation in diverse global business contexts across the oil and gas, electronics and mining industries.
Born in France and now living in London, she studied English Language and Business at the Sorbonne University in Paris. She has lived and worked around the world in West and North Africa, Dubai, Madagascar and Canada for leading organisations including BHP Billiton, LG Electronics, Sherritt International Corporation and Golden Star Resources, before setting up her own consulting and coaching business.
Nathalie joins the Permasteelisa Group in this new position having operated for the business as an independent consultant since early 2023, supporting the Executive Leadership Team with executing its global transformation plan.

She will report directly to Permasteelisa’s Group CEO, Liam Cummins and joins him on the Executive Committee.
