Belvoir team with Gold Award
A Stoke-on-Trent letting agent has proved best in class for the second year in succession after winning rave reviews from customers.
Belvoir Stoke-on-Trent took the Gold Award for Stoke-on-Trent city centre-based lettings agents in the UK All Agents Awards, following up on its success in 2022.
“We are delighted to get this recognition, especially as it is based on customer reviews,” said Belvoir Stoke-on-Trent, Biddulph and Leek owner, Ramona Hirschi.
“We put in a lot of work to ensure we always go the extra mile for both landlords and their customers, and this has led to previous awards and acknowledgement for the way we ensure our team undergo training and development.
“This then pays off in the way we work with our customers and that’s reflected in both 5-star reviews and awards success.”
The All Agents awards were presented by Homes Under the Hammer TV star, Martin Roberts, at a ceremony in Glasgow. They are decided on a regional basis. With Belvoir Stoke-on-Trent taking first place for the ST1 postcode which covers the city centre and Festival Park commercial area of Stoke-on-Trent, where the largest concentration of agents are based.
In a series of outstanding reviews, the team at the Hanley based agents were praised for the highest standards of expertise and customer service.

Ramona previously won recognition from Propertymark, a professional body for estate agents, after gaining the best results in the national examinations for lettings and property management.
Property and legal expert Ramona took on the business in 2017 and has overseen sustained growth and a major staff development programme. The business has offices in Albion Street, Hanley.
