Online disruptor platform set to attend national careers fair for veterans

David Stubbs, Co-Founder of instaENG

A fast-growing online disruptor platform is gearing up to attend an annual careers fair for the veteran community at the iconic Silverstone circuit.

instaENG will be joining its sister company, security giant SSGC, for the first time at the annual National Transition Event organised by military charity, Mission Motorsport.

Set to take place on Thursday, 24 March, the event is aimed to help veterans and spouses find out more about the career opportunities available to them outside the army.

Since its launch in January 2021, instaENG has revolutionised the functionalities of the electronic security industry and is continually keen to help the industry thrive.

The brand will be offering a unique business mentorship scheme to veterans at the event, giving them the opportunity to become suppliers on the platform. Brand representatives will also be in attendance to provide an inside look on how to use the platform to bid for security engineering jobs.

David Stubbs, co-founder of instaENG and CEO of SSGC will also be in attendance to provide career advice and passenger rides around the track with his racing team, StubBurn Motorsport.

Commenting on instaENG’s attendance, David said: “instaENG has had a massive growth curve since its launch early last year and we are continuing to do well every month.

“The platform has really revolutionised how the electronic security industry works today, and we are proud to be the new kids on the block who are driving some much-needed change to what we believe are old and antiquated work practices.

“We strongly believe there is a really appetite for more business in the industry and are keen to help those within the veteran community find their voice in the electronic security space.”

instaENG’s unique functionalities have been making waves in the industry since, which was rubberstamped with a sought-after Retail Fraud award in December last year.

The platform boasts a specific set of bid management tools, smart algorithms and a user-friendly interface where customers can post security engineering jobs which businesses or sole traders can then directly bid for.

David added: “SSGC has been working with Mission Motorsport for several years now, having donated more than £50,000 to its cause so far.

“Supporting the veteran community is central to the ethos of our business and we are delighted to bring instaENG on this journey with us now.

“We hope to see you there and cannot wait to take you through what the security industry has to offer for your future career path!”

Mission Motorsport is SSGC’s dedicated charity which helps veterans and service personnel recover and reintegrate through its mantra ‘race, retrain, recover’.
