Dudley company Truckman has received two significant endorsements in its growing vehicle racking division from Volkswagen UK and Toyota GB.
The West Midlands-based vehicle accessory manufacturer and distributor has received Volkswagen UK approval for the supply and installation of its range of ALUCA racking systems for the Transporter and Amarok models.
In addition, Truckman has also become a recommended racking supplier and installer for the Hilux pick-up truck.
These endorsements support the growing diversification at Truckman, building upon its established and iconic pick-up truck hardtop product range and its comprehensive range of accessories for cars, vans and 4×4 vehicles.
Launched in autumn 2018, the Truckman Racking and Conversions Service has gained transaction with SME trade customers operating small vehicle fleets. It follows an agreement with German racking manufacturer ALUCA for Truckman to become a UK partner for the supply and installation of its products.
ALUCA racking is available for a wide variety of vans and pick-ups and is beneficial for many industries, due to it being 20% lighter than most competitors, offering fuel saving and increasing payload. It is also 100% recyclable, crash-tested and comes with an 8-year warranty.
From its large fitting centre in Dudley, Truckman provides a comprehensive bespoke conversion service to fit vans and pick-ups with the racking systems. Which includes ply lining, inverters, bespoke decals, electrical charging systems decals and many other accessories.
