Nottingham based lettings and management specialists, Kingswood Residential Investment Management, has made a new appointment to its growing team as a result of continued business growth.
To meet increased client demand, the firm has recruited Charlotte Marshall as an additional residential lettings negotiator handling Kingswood Residential’s now 300+ portfolio of client properties across Nottingham and Mansfield.
The team expansion was also accompanied by an office extension and renovation of their Regent Street offices, to create further space for the team and visiting clients.
Commenting on Charlotte’s appointment, Director Adam Kingswood said: “Charlotte has joined us to fulfil increased activity and business demand among the properties we are letting and managing. She will also provide additional resource, given the increased volume of administrative work resulting from multiple changes to industry regulation which have taken place recently, such as selective licensing. It was clear she shared our company values of delivering a personal and tailored service to our clients and I am confident that she will play a pivotal role in the future growth of the firm.’’
Kingswood Residential launched in 2016 and now has six members of staff at its Nottingham city centre office.
