An estate agent with three branches across Leicestershire has attended a national award ceremony where they were listed as one of the country’s best.
Andrew Granger & Co was named alongside 20 other estate agencies in the ‘Estate Agency of the Year (2-5 branches)’ category at the prestigious 2018 Negotiator Awards. The collective 21 best UK estate agencies were revealed in the lead up to the ceremony which was held at Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
The residential sales team at Andrew Granger & Co travelled to the black tie dinner in the capital to celebrate their achievement. This is the first time that the company has been named on the list and were the only Leicestershire estate agency of their size to be named on the list.
“The four ‘Estate Agency of the Year’ categories are fearlessly competitive and we were unfortunately beaten when the top three positions were revealed,” explains Peter Buckingham, director of residential sales at Andrew Granger & Co Market Harborough. “But for our regional estate agency to be named alongside 20 others as the best in the country in itself is something that we’re immensely proud of.
“The UK has thousands of estate agencies, so to be named in the top handful by a judging panel of property experts is really rewarding. Our team had a terrific time at the ceremony and the evening crowned off successful year for the company.”
The Negotiator Awards is considered the UK’s leading estate agents awards ceremony and ‘the Oscars of estate agency’. There are no charges associated for entering, making the awards inclusive for all UK residential agencies.
