Ideagen, the UK-based global software firm, last Friday announced it has secured a software project with Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB).
MRCB, a leading urban property and construction company based in Kuala Lumpur, with Group activities spanning three areas in the form of Property Development & Investment, Engineering, Construction & Environment and Facilities Management, has chosen Ideagen’s Pentana Audit software.
Pentana Audit is Ideagen’s risk-based internal audit software which helps to streamline core internal auditing processes and provide efficiencies and process improvements for businesses.
MRCB has adopted Pentana Audit to help the company achieve its Digitalisation Roadmap goals, driving efficiency through automation and a standardised and electronic internal auditing process.
The company enjoys a large portfolio of successfully integrated commercial and residential developments which are anchored around key transportation hubs. It is a pioneer in the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) initiative in Malaysia through its flagship and award winning Kuala Lumpur Sentral CBD initiative, which attracted some of the world’s leading corporations as tenants.
MRCB also constructs world-class commercial and residential buildings with its Engineering, Construction and Environment Division enjoying an enviable track record as an infrastructure developer, including constructing rail and road transportation infrastructure and high voltage power transmission projects comprising substations, overhead transmission lines and underground cabling.
