Next Saturday, The Mary Stevens Hospice will open the doors to their Day Services Unit to enjoy a festive morning of coffee and cake to raise funds for the Hospice.
The annual Coffee Morning has become a community favourite and following a years absence due to the Covid-19 pandemic, staff at the Hospice are excited to welcome their supporters back to the Hospice to enjoy a festive morning.
Each year families from all around the Borough attend the Coffee Morning to enjoy a slice of cake or mince pie (or two) which helps to raise vital funds for the Hospice to ensure that they can continue to care for their community.
At 11am there will be a special guest in a big red suit outside the entrance to the Day Services Unit ready to take lots of festive photographs underneath a snowy sky.
Amanda Bowen, Head of Fundraising at The Mary Stevens Hospice said: “With Christmas just around the corner, we are looking forward to welcoming our supporters back to our Christmas Coffee Morning, we have missed you!
It will be the perfect opportunity for a cake and a catch up as we continue to raise vital funds together, to support the care we continue to provide, free of charge to our community.”
Entry to the event is free and runs from 10:30am – 1pm on Saturday 4th December. The Hospice is located at 221 Hagley Road, Oldswinford, Stourbridge, DY8 2JR
