HiiLIFE, the bespoke technology provider to the residential and commercial property sectors, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Claire Ladd as Sales Director – BTR & HNWIs.
Claire brings over a decade of experience in the property industry and will lead strategic growth and client engagement across HiiLIFE’s expanding portfolio. She joins from leading furniture solutions provider David Phillips, where she managed key client relationships and delivered bespoke furnishing for high-profile residential projects across the UK.
Among her many achievements, Claire spearheaded furnishing fit-out programmes of high-profile, multi-million-pound flagship Build-to-Rent schemes for leading developers, setting new benchmarks for quality and scale in the sector.

In her new role, Claire will drive the expansion of HiiLIFE’s Build-to-Rent and high-net-worth residential portfolios. She will partner with funds, developers, operators, premium landlords, and private clients to integrate HiiLIFE’s smart technology solutions into large-scale residential schemes and exclusive private portfolios.
