An East Midlands housebuilder is hosting events at four of its developments across Derbyshire and Staffordshire to help house buyers on the hunt for their dream home.

Those in the market for a new home can stop by Redrow Homes East Midlands’ Langley Country Park development or Durose Country Park development in Derby and find out more about getting on the property ladder with ‘Help to Buy’.

Experts will be on hand to guide house buyers through the process of purchasing a home on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th January, from 10am-5:30pm, at Langley Country Park on Radbourne Lane and at Durose Country Park on Mansfield Road.

Homeowners looking to move up the property ladder are encouraged to find out how they can move into their dream home with part exchange on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th January, from 10am-5:30pm, at Knights Keep on Guinevere Avenue in Stretton.

Experts will be on hand to explain how part exchange can save homebuyers both time and money. Redrow Homes can accept a customer’s existing property as part-payment for a new home and effectively act as a cash buyer, eliminating the hassle of securing a buyer on the open market.

From 10am-2pm on Saturday 19th January, prospective housebuyers are invited to put their wellies on for a sneak preview of Redrow Homes East Midlands’ new development, Hackwood Grange on Starflower Way, Mickleover.

Visitors will be able to enjoy a guided tour of the site and have an exclusive look at the great location of the homes. The development is situated in the sought-after suburb of Mickleover, which has excellent connections, both into Derby and across the region, while retaining its Derbyshire Village charm, surrounded by open farmland.

Mary Timlin, Sales Director for Redrow Homes East Midlands, added: “We want to make it as easy as possible for people in Derbyshire and Staffordshire to buy their dream home – and show them just how simple the process can be.

“Whether looking for your first home, wanting to right size, or move to a location with beautiful surroundings yet still close to a city, we have a range of events at our developments in the coming weeks that can help you find just what you are looking for.

“I would encourage those interested in buying a new home to consider coming along to one of our events as we will be able to give the advice and help house buyers need to buy the home of their dreams.”

Redrow Homes East Midlands is currently selling two, three and four-bedroom homes across Langley Country Park, Durose Country Park and Hackwood Grange in Derbyshire. Three and four-bedroom homes are available at the sought-after development of Knights Keep in Staffordshire.
