Harris Lamb appointed to oversee new Kettering business park

Harris Lamb has been instructed to manage and oversee the smooth running of a new high-specification business park in the East Midlands.

Further to recently being appointed by regeneration specialists St Francis Group and the Richardson family to manage a new business park in Redditch last month, the business’ property management team have now been asked by the developers to oversee the Cransley Park development in Kettering.

The team will provide a full property management service for the landlord including financial administration, service charge management, management of contractor and service supplier relationships, and statutory health and safety compliance.

Shirley Greenlees, Director of the Property Management team, said “the business, which oversees more than 180 commercial estates nationwide, was thrilled to add Cransley Park to its portfolio of managed estates”.

“Harris Lamb has a long-standing relationship with both St Francis Group and the Richardsons, and with this instruction coming less than a month after we were awarded the management contract for the developers’ new Velocity 42 park in Redditch, we are particularly pleased  – it is quite a coup to have secured two such high-profile instructions from the same client in such a short period of time.”

“There has been an excellent response to Cransley Park since the building works completed in the early Autumn of this year, and we’re delighted that we’ve been tasked with managing the estate so soon after practical completion, order to establish early relationships with prospective occupiers,” she added.

Cransley Park is a 22-acre gateway site providing a total of 270,000 sq. ft. of high specification industrial space within five speculatively-built units, strategically located at Junction 8 of the A14 at Kettering.

Cransley Park is part of a 1.1m sq. ft development portfolio completed by St Francis within the last 14 months.
