Award-winning housebuilder, William Davis Homes, has opened five show homes across three of its new East Midlands developments in three weeks. As well as showcasing the quality and elegance of its house designs, each one features uniquely-themed interiors by its chosen interior design partner, Edward Thomas Interiors.
The developments and their show homes are:
- Lace Fields, Ruddington: the four-bedroomed Seaton and Severn both feature combined kitchen dining areas, separate lounges and generous sized downstairs studies. The Seaton also has the added bonus of a separate, formal dining room providing even more flexible, family space. Both are styled to showcase current design trends, the Seaton has a deliberately vibrant, multi-colour palette including striking wall panelling while the Severn takes its inspiration from the outdoors and brings together fresh neutral colours, botanical prints and natural wooden furniture. These are both now open to view by appointment.
- Regency Park, Castle Donington: the three-bedroomed Dove and Beamish are also open to view by appointment. The traditional-looking Dove’s kitchen dining area features French doors opening straight onto the garden. Two bedrooms share a modern bathroom, while the master has its own ensuite. Styling for this home incorporates rich wine and blush pink colours, tribal patterned artwork and black metal accents. Block paintwork adds individuality to each room, including on some ceilings. Downstairs in the Beamish you’ll find a kitchen diner, lounge and family room which can be used as a play room or study. Upstairs, along with an ensuite, the principal bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe. Bold and luxurious, this home’s design features some statement wall treatments and fabrics together with a motor-racing themed bedroom to honour the town’s heritage.
- Willowbrook, Loughborough: is also showcasing the Severn design. The Severn features a glazed pod at the rear of the house that successfully links the inside and outdoor space. Its four bedrooms are spacious, with the principal bedroom having a luxurious ensuite. The last show home to open, this has been welcoming visitors since Saturday 13 November. It features a smarty country-style decor with navy tones and floral artwork and accessories.
William Davis Homes’ Sales Director, Steve Rush, says: “This was a really busy and exciting time for us as we launched five show homes in the space of three weeks – the first time we have opened so many in such a short space of time. Each is built to an exceptionally high quality and design and we are really pleased to already be welcoming house-buyers to view these.”
Loughborough-based William Davis Homes has built a reputation for quality, style and excellent customer care. The company has held the housing industry’s prestigious ‘5 Star’ status for the sixth year in a row. The ‘5 Star’ Award is the highest rating given by the Home Builders Federation. It is based on customer satisfaction surveys and William Davis Homes received a record score.
The family firm prides itself on the little details that make a home so special. Whether that is the Smeg appliances in the kitchen, the Porcelanosa tiling in the bathroom or the Hive smart home system.
Sales offices are open on all three sites and the show homes can be viewed by appointment.
