A fitness franchise has signed a ten-year lease at a Warwickshire industrial estate.
Fitness Worx has transformed Unit 7 at Waterloo Industrial Estate in Bidford-on-Avon into a gym and personal training studio.
After securing the 3,174 sq ft commercial unit, the business fitted it out with state-of-the-art equipment, and now offers a range of strength and HIIT classes and one-to-one personal training sessions.
Sara Garratt, of Harris Lamb who secured the franchise as the latest occupier at the estate said: “This location has proved very popular with potential occupiers in recent months, with a variety of businesses choosing to site themselves here thanks to its great access links and well-maintained condition.
“Further to its successful ventures in Kenilworth, Southam and Warwick, Fitness Worx wanted to add a fourth site to its expanding chain in order to offer members access to each of its sites for their convenience, so we worked closely with James Hollyman of our planning team to secure change of use permission from the local authority to establish the unit as a gym.
“With its close proximity to the M42 and M40, on-site parking and refurbished facilities, this unit provided the business with an ideal opportunity to further extend the chain within the region,” she added.
