Kaido, the fastest growing workplace wellness programme in the NHS, focuses on providing innovative technology-driven solutions to promote employee wellness, with the ‘Kaido Wellbeing’ product set to address the physical, mental and social wellbeing of employees from Cohort Software client organisations from March 2019.
The partnership, enabling the tech company to reach 100 clients throughout the UK immediately, will be announced formally at Cohort Software’s Annual User Conference at Alton Towers on November 7th and 8th. Commenting on the landmark deal, Rich Westman, CEO and Founder of Kaido said:

Kaido Wellbeing was launched in January 2018 as a digital, inclusive and cost-effective workplace wellness programme for employers. In the last ten months the solution has grown to be accessible to 100,000 employees from companies across the UK. Rich Westman added:
“We are taking employees on a 60-day journey exploring their physical activity, mental health, nutrition and sleep. They can take the challenge individually, or as part of a self-selected team. Over the course of the challenge we aim to raise awareness about the importance of good health and nudge users with healthy hints and tips to create long lasting and sustainable lifestyle change.”
Out of its current users, 76.5% increased their physical activity over the course of the 60-day challenge and 36.8% reported feeling less stressed at work.
Joining the West Midlands Academic Health Science Network’s digital tech incubator in 2016, Kaido became the first company to move into Innovation Birmingham’s multi-million-pound iCentrum facility, now the flagship building on a campus that hosts over 170 digital technology businesses.
The business has been backed heavily by reputable global brands, with a current client base that includes Muller UK and Ireland and Great Ormand Street Hospital for Children and a partnership network that includes UHB NHS Foundation Trust, EIT Health and most recently Gymshark.
Kaido has been accepted onto Gymshark’s prestigious incubator for digital technology companies, which launched at Innovation Birmingham in October. Rich Westman added:
