“We look forward to welcoming clients and staff to Dains as we continue to grow in the Midlands.”

In 2018-19, 53 new staff joined Dains and seven graduates were welcomed into the business which has offices in Birmingham, Lichfield, Burton, Derby and Stoke-on-Trent.

The firm also achieved the prestigious Investors in People Gold Standard which recognises the company’s commitment to people and the key role they play at the heart of the company’s success.

Richard added: “These are exciting times for Dains and I’d like to thank our staff who have been instrumental in bringing this acquisition to fruition.”
