Concept Resourcing Sales Manager, Paula Jones
Specialist sales, field engineering and technology recruitment consultancy, Concept Resourcing is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Sales Manager, Paula Jones.
The decision to welcome Paula into the business comes as part of Concept’s plans to extend their sales offering across their thriving technology division to provide a 360 service to clients.
Prior to spending the last decade running her own telesales and recruitment businesses, Paula had worked her way up from field-based sales roles to eventually taking the plunge into sales recruitment where she quickly progressed into management. Brought into the business to drive growth in Concept’s sales division, with an emphasis on technology sales, Paula has big plans for the team – including continuous coaching and upskilling.
“I take pride in developing people to be the best they can be and seeing the sales division take form and become a major biller for Concept is the ultimate goal for all of us.”, says Paula “I’m also tasked with bringing on new business whether that’s from cross-fertilisation or by business development.”
