Property and asset management company, FI Real Estate Management, has announced that Fosroc, the Tamworth based leading manufacturer of specialist chemicals to the construction industry, has signed a new ten year lease at Drayton Manor Business Park.
Fosroc has signed a deal running to 2029 for its manufacturing plant to remain at the 100,000 sq ft unit at the business park. The company also has a large storage and distribution facility at the site and, by the completion of the lease, the business will have been based at the site for over 35 years.
Located near Drayton Manor Park and Zoo, the 42 acre business park offers close access to the UK motorway network. First opened in the 1950s, it provides a range of office headquarters, distribution and warehousing facilities. Industrial units on the park range from 7,000 sq ft to 117,000 sq ft while office space is available from 3,293 sq ft to 11,279 sq ft.
