Car Store Shrewsbury is delighted to announce it has chosen to support St Georges Cricket Club’s disabled team, by supplying them with kits for the upcoming season.
The Store, on Knights Way, Battlefield Enterprise Park, welcomed team members from the team in for a chat about their sport and to take some pictures of the new kit. The team’s manager and chairman for the Cricket Federation for People with Disabilities (CFPD), Stephen Farmer, recently came in to Car Store Shrewsbury to purchase a car.
Mr Farmer mentioned how his cricket team were looking for kits for the upcoming season. The Car Store crew were only to happy to help and they bought the kits for the team, so they could be ready for their upcoming fixtures.
Mr Farmer recently sent a picture of the team training to the Car Store squad, saying: “Your efforts are really appreciated by all of us.”
