Car boot sale and bostin’ adventure combined to create community event

Due to popular demand, The Mary Stevens Hospice are organising a Jumble Sale Trail on Saturday 22nd May which will see members of the Black Country hold stalls on their front gardens as participants make their way around the trail map to grab some bargains along the way.

There are two ways for supporters to be involved in the Jumble Sale Trail. You may wish to hold a stall along the trail or you might want to go bargain hunting, following the Trail Map to visit all the stalls along the way. The event will run from 9am – 3pm to make sure that all the stalls can be visited on the day.

If you would like to hold a stall along the trail, it is important to register so that you will be included on the Sale Trail Map that will be given to your buyers by the event organisers at the Hospice. If you are holding a stall, the Hospice will send you a pack which will include balloons and posters to make sure that you have everything you need to make your stall a success.

James Totney, Community and Events Fundraiser at The Mary Stevens Hospice said: “We hope that this event will be an opportunity for our community to come together and collectively enjoy their day. You will be participating in the day knowing that you are supporting the Hospice by raising vital funds to help us ensure that we can continue to care for our community.

If you would like to help the Hospice further, you may wish to donate some of the proceeds from your stall to us.

Moreover, we are incredibly excited for this opportunity to bring our community together but still two meters apart.”

Whether you would like to hold a stall or follow the trail to grab a bargain, you can find out more via the Mary Stevens Hospice website: www.marystevenshospice.co.uk/event/the-black-country-yard-sale-trail/.
