Entec Si, a growing Birmingham-based IT and business change consultancy, is celebrating its most successful year to date, with the company reporting a 50 per cent increase in turnover on 2016. In addition to this, the Alpha Tower-based company has seen significant growth over the past year, almost doubling its workforce in the past 12 months.
The consultancy also undertook an impressive 75 separate client commissions during the period and invested heavily in its recruitment and operational systems, including a new, modern website.
Established in 1996 by dynamic duo Eman Al-Hillawi and Peter Marsden, Entec Si evolved with the changing market in the early 2000s to specialise in the delivery of business change supported by technology.
Entec Si’s unique approach and vested interest in its clients has played a leading role in the success of many landmark projects, including the design and implementation of a new portfolio management office at Birmingham Airport, the delivery of ICT and Service transformation for the Library of Birmingham and the delivery of a major IT transformation programme for Cherwell District Council and South Northamptonshire Council.
Following a number of key appointments over the past year, the company is expecting steady employee growth as it looks to continue to develop its portfolio within the aviation and local government sectors. However, Entec Si’s people remain at the core of each and every project and a keen eye on employee development and investment will continue.
