Brum Bus Bash in Billesley this weekend

Birmingham City Transport Heritage Livery Buses

The Birmingham Bus Bash takes place this Sunday with Fuzz Townshend, presenter of TV show Car SOS, expected to be making an appearance.

Organised by the NX Historic Society Group this year’s free event will be held at Moseley Rugby Club, Billesley Common on Yardley Wood Road, Birmingham.

Between 10:00 and 15:00 there will be an array of vintage and modern vehicles as well as vintage bus rides and bus memorabilia stores.

The Brum Bus Bash is a great day out for all of the family with on-site refreshments, a children’s party bus and a tasty Great British Fudge Bus, too. There will also be an Air Ambulance helicopter pod.

And getting there is easy. National Express West Midlands is operating a free shuttle bus between Kings Heath and Yardley Wood train station to connect with the rail network.

Alternatively the 2 (Maypole to Birmingham) and 3 (Yardley Wood to Birmingham) bus services stop right by Billesley Common or the 11A/C Outer Circle, 27 (Maypole to Harborne) and 76 (Solihull to QE Hospital) stop close by.

All money raised from the event will be donated to The Midlands Air Ambulance.
