Heart FM broadcaster Ed James and accomplished marketeer Angel Gaskell have launched a new digital content marketing agency that specialises in developing creative campaigns, amplifying social moments, crafting killer strategies and making stand-out content.

HDY – short for How Do You – challenges businesses to ask All the Bright Questions, helping them to create impactful content that not only converts people into customers but that turns customers into brand advocates.

The full-service agency underwent a soft launch in July last year and already counts an impressive roster of seven B2C and B2B clients. HDY’s clients span sectors including FMCG, travel, retail, finance and education. They list Resorts World Birmingham, BrewBroker, Epyx, Sk:n Clinics, WorldSkills UK, Damson Homes and Saga.

With 12 staff and counting, HDY also boasts a talented senior team that has decades of experience working for Fortune 500 businesses. HDY’s diverse team includes industry experts within digital and email marketing, design, brand development, PR, experiential, social media, influencer engagement, SEO and PPC.

HDY co-founder Angel Gaskell commented, “Having traded for only eight months we’re thrilled at how far we’ve come and the calibre of clients we’re already collaborating with. With an incredible team and ex-Orion Media chairman Geoff Percy on our board, we have all the tools to keep growing, making a name for ourselves in Birmingham’s buzzing and vibrant creative community.”

HDY co-founder Ed James added, “Having worked in radio for more than 20 years I’ve seen first hand what stories land and what stories don’t. Now more than ever content is vital in creating all-important advocacy for brands.”

As part of HDY’s curious nature, Ed James hosts an interview series entitled, All The Bright Questions, where the agency gets under the skin of successful people who inspire them, finding out what drives them and makes them tick. The latest interview is with Mayor of Birmingham, Andy Street. Visit: HDYAgency.com to find out more.
