Bridge3 brings the beautiful benefits of SuiteFiles to Xerocon 2018

The exclusive UK reseller off innovative cloud software package SuiteFiles, Bridge3, has confirmed that it will be demonstrating its elegant solution to delegates at this year’s Xerocon.

The digital file management system made its UK debut earlier this year at Accountex and has seen a surge of interest among practices in the UK.

Based upon this growth, Bridge3 will be working alongside the team from SuitFiles on stand B17 at Xero’s conference, which is due to take place from 14-15 November 2018 at ExCeL London.

Xerocon – hailed as the accounting event of the year – is the world’s most innovative conference for cloud accounting leaders such as Bridge3, which is the sister company of award-winning accountants Thorne Widgery.

Fully integrated with Xero HQ and GDPR compliant, SuiteFiles is built on the commonly used Microsoft Office 365 platform, making it easy for firms to transfer, manage and work with their files in the cloud, allowing them to create and edit files, collaborate with colleagues and share documents.

Its integrations with both Xero and Office 365 ensure SuiteFiles is the accountant’s go-to source for information, business files, emails, and templates – providing a distinct advantage over other document management systems, which don’t feature the same levels of collaboration.

Stephen Smallwood, Managing Director at Bridge3 and Thorne Widgery, said: “We are delighted to be showing off the fantastic enhancements that SuiteFiles can bring to Xero at this year’s Xerocon.

“We have spent much of this year fielding enquiries from firms across the UK who are excited about what SuiteFiles has to offer and we can’t wait to meet more innovative practices at the conference.”

Bridge3 has led the way in creating new innovations for a number of existing software packages for accountants and is already a key partner for Xero in the UK.

In recent years, Bridge3 has used its connections to co-develop dedicated accountancy solutions to assist firms and businesses with Workflow Max, Xero Practice Manager and Xero Workpapers.

It has also played a key role in assisting Thorne Widgery with the creation of X for Education (XfE) financial software – an award-winning online accountancy package aimed at the specific reporting needs of academies and schools.

“We consider ourselves immensely lucky to have such close connections with SuiteFiles and Xero and take great pride in flying the flag for their innovations,” added Stephen.

“Our profession is changing rapidly and so to be a part of this evolution to online accounting and a more digital workplace is really exciting.”
