Black tie fundraising event at the Pirelli Stadium in aid of The Donna Louise

Tickets have gone on sale for a black tie Motown evening at Burton Albion Football Club, in aid of The Donna Louise Hospice for children and young people.

On Saturday 6th October, The Pirelli Stadium, Burton, will come alive with the sounds of Motown, as local performers Detroit Magic, supported by String Infusion, entertain guests at the black tie event. Hosted by Bob Hall (Sky tv) guests will enjoy a three course meal followed by the live entertainment and disco. Tickets are on sale now, priced at £50 per person.

Ben Robinson, owner of Burton Albion FC, said, “This promises to be a great night, raising money for a brilliant local charity. Detroit Magic are fantastic local entertainers, guaranteed to get everyone dancing as they cover some of Motown’s most well-known performers and songs. While String Infusion are an exciting group, playing electric violins and cellos, who can really get a room buzzing with their upbeat performance.

“I’m delighted to be supporting The Donna Louise which cares for local children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. The hospice is there for the whole family, offering support when they need it most and I’m proud to be able to host this event to raise money for such a fantastic charity. I hope people will come along, have a great night and help us to raise lots of money for local families.”

Tickets for the Motown black tie event on Saturday 6th October are £50 per person and are on sale now from Burton Albion FC, The Pirelli Stadium.
