The French restaurant group Bistrot Pierre has announced that it will be opening its newest bistrot in Coventry on October 4.
Located on the first floor of the new Cathedral Lanes leisure development, the restaurant has an external terrace within a prime location overlooking the city-centre Broadgate Square, a bar area and space to seat 124 diners.
The site, which has already started taking bookings, and opens with the group’s brand-new Autumn Winter Menu and a series of special evening events.
Co-owner of Bistrot Pierre, Rob Beacham said: “This is our sixth bistrot in the West Midlands and I’m confident we will be popular addition to the thriving development, thanks to our excellent value and authentic French-style cooking.”
The Coventry site will be the newest addition to the region’s existing bistrots in Birmingham, Kidderminster, Leamington Spa, Mere Green and Stratford-upon-Avon.
Nick White, CEO for Bistrot Pierre said: “Coventry will be a strong addition to our growing estate and launches weeks after we opened in Preston and the launch of Bistrot Pierre Rooms in Plymouth. We plan to grow our sites further and have further new openings planned for 2019.
This will be Bistrot Pierre’s 24th restaurant to open.
