Birmingham’s Staying Cool honoured at 2017 Association of Service Apartment Providers Awards

L-R: Danny Purewal, Alex Mee, Gavin Burns, and Tracey Stephenson of Staying cool receive the Marketing Award at the 2017 ASAP Awards

Staying Cool, the award-winning boutique serviced apartment operator, was honoured with the Marketing Award at the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) Awards this month, beating out nationwide competition to cement their place as one of the leading serviced-apartment operators in the country.

The Birmingham-based operator, who earlier this year announced plans for a new 41-unit apartment hotel in Manchester, was also highly commended in the category of Investment in People at the same awards, and presented the Team of the Year Award, having won the category in 2016. Consistently highly-rated by guests, the company has been the number one serviced apartment in the city on TripAdvisor, Google and CTrip for the past three years.

Originally founded in 2005, Staying Cool operates a collection of flagship apartments in Birmingham’s iconic Rotunda building, encompassing a total of 45 beds. Earlier this year, the brand secured an agreement to roll the brand out nationwide, with Manchester’s famed Chorlton Street the inaugural venue for their expansion.

“The team were thrilled to win again at this year’s awards”, added Tracey Stephenson, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Staying Cool. “The ASAP Awards are a true reflection of the hard work and dedication of our amazing team, who consistently go above and beyond both to promote the business to new customers, as well as to make our existing guests’ stays so memorable.”
